A quote draft ready for your reply.

The enquiry arrives in your inbox as usual. A quote draft follows, using the rates you have agreed with us. Check it on your phone, reply with changes and approve it when it is ready for the customer.

Instant QuoteYour review comes first
  1. New website enquiry

We need a boundary survey for our property. Can you send through a quote?

  2. Instant Quote · to your firm

Your estimate draft is ready to review, with the job details and your agreed rate. Please check the scope before approving.

  3. You

Add a note that access needs to be confirmed.

  4. Instant Quote · to your firm

The revised draft is ready. Review it and reply with the approval code when you want us to send it.

Illustrative exchange. Every customer document needs your approval.

More room for the work that needs you.

Respond while the enquiry is fresh.

Start with the details already sent through your website. A prepared draft gives you something concrete to review between jobs.

Keep your prices in your hands.

Your agreed rate table sets the starting point. You check the recipient, scope and amount before anything goes to the customer.

Spend less time writing the same email.

Reply with what needs changing. The revised draft comes back for approval, so you can keep working from your inbox.

How Instant Quote fits into your day.

Your website enquiries still arrive in the same inbox. Instant Quote adds a draft for you to review afterwards, alongside the email-based service you already use for website updates.

  1. Receive the enquiry

Your website sends the original enquiry to your inbox, with the customer’s contact and job details.

  2. Review the draft

A draft follows using your agreed rates. If the job needs more detail, we flag what is missing for you to clarify.

  3. Reply and approve

Send any changes by email or eligible WhatsApp. Approve the current draft with its code when you are satisfied.

  4. Reach the customer

The approved quote is emailed with your firm clearly named. Customer replies go to your nominated inbox.

Choose one with Paddock. Available as an add-on with Trig. Set up on request. Tell us which tool would help your firm. We will agree the setup with you before activating it.

Email covers the full workflow. WhatsApp is available with Paddock or the existing WhatsApp add-on for Trig.

Before you choose.

Does the customer see a price immediately?

You receive the draft first. The customer receives your quote only after you have reviewed and explicitly approved it.

Where do the prices come from?

We set up a rate table with your approval. It covers the services, areas and job options you agree. If the enquiry does not contain enough information or falls outside those rates, the draft asks for clarification.

Can I change the scope or price?

Yes. Reply with the changes you want for that quote. You receive a revised draft to approve. Changes to your ongoing rate table are agreed separately.

Do I need WhatsApp?

Email handles the complete workflow on every plan. WhatsApp is also available with Paddock or the existing WhatsApp add-on for Trig.

Make Instant Quote part of your working day.

Tell us about your firm and the work you want help with. We’ll reply by phone or email to discuss your chosen add-on and agree its setup. Sending an enquiry does not activate it.
