Send an invoice that looks like your firm.

Your business details, agreed line items and payment instructions appear together in a branded PDF. You approve the complete document before it is sent.

Know what you have sent and what is paid.

Ask for an invoice’s status by message. When you receive payment, tell us to mark it paid, keeping a record of your confirmation.

How InvoiceOS fits into your day.

InvoiceOS follows the same send, preview and approve approach as your website updates. It works for agreed jobs independently of Instant Quote, and invoice actions do not use your monthly website-post allowance.

  1. Send the job details

Give us the customer, work completed, agreed amounts and payment terms. We ask for anything that is missing.

  2. Check your invoice

Review the draft PDF in your inbox. Reply with changes by email or eligible WhatsApp and check the revised version.

  3. Approve the PDF email

Use the approval code to send the invoice to the customer. Your invoice number and approved document are retained.

  4. Record the payment

Tell us when the invoice has been paid. You can ask for the current status or correct a payment record by reply.

Choose one with Paddock. Available as an add-on with Trig. Set up on request. Tell us which tool would help your firm. We will agree the setup with you before activating it.

Email covers the full workflow. WhatsApp is available with Paddock or the existing WhatsApp add-on for Trig.

Before you choose.

Do I need Instant Quote to use InvoiceOS?

No. InvoiceOS starts with the details and agreed amounts you send us. Choose it on its own for your firm’s invoicing workflow.

Will an invoice be sent without my approval?

No. You review the complete draft and use its approval code before we email the customer. If you make changes, the revised draft needs fresh approval.

Does it collect payments or connect to my accounting software?

This version sends PDF invoices and records the payments you confirm. Online payment collection, bank reconciliation and accounting-software connections are not included.

Can I change an invoice after it has been sent?

Contact us to arrange a correction. The issued document stays in your records; it is not silently replaced.

Can I do this by email?

Yes. The full workflow works by email. Paddock and Trig’s existing WhatsApp add-on also support WhatsApp messages. Your complete draft PDF is emailed for review.

Make InvoiceOS part of your working day.

Tell us about your firm and the work you want help with. We’ll reply by phone or email to discuss your chosen add-on and agree its setup. Sending an enquiry does not activate it.
